Achievement Got: One Month HRT

12/01/2026

This is supposed to be my blog so that means I could (and should?) write a bit of whatever long-form stuff I want. Well, today, I hit a pretty cool milestone of one month of estrogen injections. This means I have injected myself 5 times, some worse than others. Though, overall I am pretty happy with how things are going!

Maybe to talk about some effects I have seen so far? So, most noticeably, my chest is sore and anything touching it is painful. So much so that I went running once and just my tshirt rubbing was pretty painful. It has died down a bit, or maybe I'm just used to navigating around it. My chest has also grown considerably, and I kinda worry about going shirtless around the house now, which sucks because it's summer and I am dying from the heat. I know I might be exaggerating things but it seems a bit worrying that this is only one month in because it does cast some doubts on how long I can stay stealth. Oh well, we'll burn bridges when we get to them.

As for emotional effects, I haven't encountered any that I am aware of. Though, to be fair, I have always been a very emotional person. On the flip side, I do feel a lot less stressed, without the looming pressure of *having to start*. And due to all the above, my mental health has improved drastically. I've also restarted doing exercise more thoroughly, with running on Sundays and some exercise every day of the work week, and I think that's also helping me feel better as well.

In terms of injections, you can read about how I do them here.

I don't have much to talk about other than that. I owe a ton of thanks to all my awesome friends who have supported me and encouraged me throughout this very short part of what will undoubtedly be a long journey. I'm equally appreciative of the HomeOps community for being so welcoming and supportive. Honestly, I could go on and on, I'm a tad bit emotional right now.
So, on that note, thank you everyone, it's been incredible and, for once, I'm looking forward to what the future has in store for me!
