A blogposts a bit out of the ordinary to be honest. Today is a month on estrogen, and I couldn't be happier! This is a short (very short) summary of everything that I have experienced with regards to HRT from physical to emotional changes. Again, thank you to everyone who made this possible!
A chaotic blogpost starting with me complaining about my music habits, and being unhappy at YouTube and Spotify. To fix my issues, I decided to host Navidrome, a music server, on my homelab. Obviously I need to overengineer everything so I added NFS and Copyparty to the mix to make my life marginally easier with managing my legally obtained (actually) music. I didn't have much of a direction for this one, so, expect some politics and some tech, idk.
With the new Halo "Campaign Evolved" being a massive disappointment, as expected of 343, I wanted to play some of the original CE game. I stumbled across a Twitter thread with an archive of the game and a bunch of mods and goodies. Running the game on Linux was a bit of a challenge, so I decided to write everything out for some rare person who is like me. This blogpost features bugs, issues, and jank.
A reference and guide for when I do my weekly injection of estrogen. Maybe you might find this useful ^^
This should cover everything from the hardware you need, how to do your injection, and some extra information to be aware of when injecting. This is not a complete guide - for that refer to online guides and Discord DIY HRT communities. This is just a reference for me.
The government does not want you seeing "harmful" content online. This censorship bullshit is extending to things like "sexual content" and "terrorism". Absolute nonsense. And worse of all, this will undoubtedly lead to censorship of LGBTQ+ minorities. So as a sincere fuck you to these Orwellian wannabe-dictators, my website is now on TOR. And here's how you do it too!
Windows 10 is coming to an end. Yet at the same time, the tech sphere is turning drastically fascist with online ID verification and an erosion of privacy. This is a massive issue for the future of free speech and freedom as we know it. As part of my own journey to digital freedom, I shifted entirely to Linux and this guide should show you how to get started.
The sequel to Installing Linux. Congratulations on making the leap and choosing your freedom over the profits of a tech conglomerate. While Linux is no longer a complicated OS to use, you will still have to get used to the new user interface and deprogram your mind from the Windows indoctrination which is pushed on many from a young age.
Following the discourse online regarding the Visa/Mastercard duopoly and how they are able to arbitratily censor media online, including Steam Games, more and more people have been looking at cryptocurrencies under a new light (post-2020 crypto craze). However there are still a lot of misconceptions I wanted to clear up :)
In this post, I go over how I deployed this stupid ugly site to my Kubernetes homelab.
